I had been looking for a 7.5t lorry for a while and EQ were advertising a lovely lorry, low mileage, really well looked after and immaculate inside with all service history and paperwork.  I viewed and bought the same day.  Really attentive service, all questions answered and nothing too much trouble.  Really recommend, very professional and nice people. Professional and so helpful from the moment I spoke to Jas, it has been a fantastic experience,  Jas has truly went above and beyond to help and guide me through the purchase of my new to me 12t Lehel. The process has been so easy with the help given from Jas. From making sure my box was delivered safely to me from the other end of the country! The driver who delivered the box was also so lovely and professional. Absolutely nothing has been too much trouble, often taking my calls outwith office times and being in constant contact when required. Candice even made videos to help me get familiar with everything in the box and how things operated that I was unsure of.

I was very apprehensive at purchasing a lorry without having seen it in the flesh , but I needn't have worried with the E Q team .

I have just purchased two second hand horseboxes from EQ Horseboxes and I want to say how very impressed and satisfied I am with both the quality of service and quality of the vehicles I received. Due to the distance to where I live, it was inconvenient to travel to England to view the trucks, so I just had pictures. When the vehicles arrived in Ireland with me, I found them to be exactly as described by Jas and I would have no hesitation in purchasing similar stock in future from this company.

I would highly recommend EQ horseboxes for their efficiency and top class customer service. They found a lorry for me last year and were very responsive in their communications and updates. Also offer a great Agency service to sell horseboxes. Definitely the only company to deal with regarding buying or selling horseboxes. 

It is almost a year since we purchased our treadmill from Equine Quality. Having researched a variety of treadmills for many months prior to placing an order with EQ, I am not disappointed in anyway. To have a treadmill was a huge investment and Equine Quality took the time to ensure it was the right decision and product for us.

We were not rushed into making a decision to order, and we were invited to view the exact model in situ at EQ. We were so impressed by the safety for both humans and horses and the durability of the product we knew it was the treadmill we needed. We were also given helpful design options to accommodate our specific needs.

During installation and beyond, we received excellent customer care from Equine Quality and almost a year on we would not be without the treadmill they provided. 

I cannot recommend this treadmill or the service from Equine Quality highly enough.

My EQ 18-tonne bespoke lorry is like being at home. It's so luxurious for both my daughter, me and the horses. It's sheer luxury. The entire team at EQ, especially Candice and Jas were exceptional.  All the details of the lorry were to suit us, the lockers, cupboards, beds, partitions were all designed and decorated to our requirements and nothing was too much trouble for the team! 10 Star treatment and 10 Star Lorry which we couldn't live without!

 

Having just picked up our new build car transporter on Saturday, we would like to thank the EQ team, the professionalism by the team was amazing.

The exterior and interior finish is done to the highest level, the attention to detail is incredible.

I used EQ Horseboxes agency sales services to sell my 7.5 tonne horsebox. Jas was my point of contact and he was very proactive in keeping me up to date with progress and quick to respond to any questions. My horsebox needed a good amount of work to get it to a saleable condition both on the mechanical side and on the habitation. This was handled efficiently by the EQ team. The horsebox took a few months to sell but I was satisfied with the pricing ultimately achieved. Overall, EQ are a professional outfit that I would recommend.

We have recently taken delivery of our fantastic new EQ horse box and we are thrilled!! 

We needed a box to transport 8 horses plus living which was hard to find but EQ had the perfect option. 

It’s called a work truck but this doesn’t do it justice - it’s just as stunning to look at in Arctic Grey paint and as comfortable and high spec as any of the more luxurious boxes. 

Jas, Candice and the team have been great - we’ve had loads of questions both pre and post sale and they are contactable and responsive at all times.

We purchased our beautiful blue Scania Equine Quality horsebox from Candice coming up five years ago and it has never skipped a beat since its arrival in NZ. 

It passes its six monthly Certificate of Fitness checks with flying colours each time. The truck has worn extremely well both inside and out and we have enjoyed taking it around NZ travelling to shows. We are so pleased we imported this truck, our horses travel so well in it and so do we!
